    Gee I didn’t really see a problem of excessive wind damage or the need for a federal study.

    $67.5 million is a lot of “excess” federal cash.

    Insurance Journal – Consider rephrasing the first paragraph of this article. It reads like the House of Representatives has the power to “…help reduce property damage and deaths from major windstorms including hurricanes and tornadoes.”

    I didn’t know Congress possessed such God-Like powers. How will they do this? Break out a huge umbrella? No pun intended!
