Schinnerer is now offering an admitted property policy for all types of public entities through the Insurance Company of the West (ICW), an A.M. Best A- rated company.
The policy features a specialized property enhancement for public entities which provides higher limits for various coverages and causes of loss, including accounts receivable, computers and media, and more. Also included in the policy is coverage for equipment breakdown and earthquake and sprinkler leakage (EQSL) at full limits.
Flexible deductible options and loss control services are available.
Schinnerer will also discuss excess layer capability, DIC coverage and agreed amount policies. The policy is available in all states except Conn., District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Tier I and II wind areas.
