    Ok…Let’s get this straight…Actuaries can perform anticompetitive information sharing practices, and it’s not reaaally anticompetitive-antitrust conduct. Hmmm…

    And if they agree to stop, they will not be charged, fined or nuttin’. Double hmmm…
