One dedicated and radical man is infinitely harder to stop than an army of the same. I pray for these families and mourn their loss. But money will not replace those lost to this damnable event. To point blame at those not involved in the planning and implementation of this barbaric occurrence is just as shameful.

Never underestimate the power of a jury who hopes to one day \”hit it big\” to find liability on behalf of someone else.

Let us at least get the facts straight. This has already been demonstrated by reports of various intelligence bureaus to be an Al Quaeda event.

If this trial were to take place pre 9/11 the outcome may be different. Typical, lawyers prey and feed off of the publics vulnerability or perceived vulnerability. I guess we can\’s complain though; these cases keep insurance professionals in business and make our advice more applicable.

The famililes post 9/11 got some pretty hefty payouts to compensate them for the injuries and deaths of their loved ones in the trade center. I guess these families feel they are entitled to compensation as well. I can\’t say that I blame them; if that\’s their thinking. The grief and loss they felt is not any less than that felt by the families of 9/11. I can\’t say that I agree or disagree with their method of seeking compensation. But given the large payouts that 9/11 families got, I don\’t think the 1993 families are wrong to feel they are entitled to compensation as well.

The state payouts to the 9/11 families was wrong, a horrible example of NY elitism the state arbitrarily paid crime victims elevating their grief above everyone in the country including our troops.

We get over 15,000 murders a year in USA well over 1/3 are attributible to illegal immigrants, where\’s the lawsuits against ICE?

Amen! The difference is the mainstream media doesn\’t cover the national security threat posed by illegal immigration (even in this post-9/11 society). Why? Just consider how many of them collect social security and state welfare benifits. Now consider how many probably vote and for whom.

Also, Al Queda IS an extreme Islamic militant group. The article isn\’t completely wrong.
