I agree with you, sceptical. I remember just a few years ago Hanover pulled out of Maryland, then wrote the Maryland risks for Virginia agents. Talk about cut throat. Unless they have gotten religion, Hanover will never be trusted in our part of the country. Now they are kissing up to us and trying to be our buddies.
Hanover has strived to become bigger and better in everything they do. They have always provided our agency the best service of any of my other carriers, and with the enhancement of their products and service, they continue to show their dedication to their agency base. Keep up the good work Hanover!!
Being a former customer (10 years) – 5 policies, until Hanover denied a claim of mine.. and made me sue them in court over 2 1/2 years until they finally settled just before trial.. I would stay away !!!!!!
