Sure…It\’s ALWAYS racist, unless of course McDonald was white and the owners of Dominos were black, then you wouldn\’t even here of this and it probably WOULD be racist

    Reagan…

I agree that the so called \”race card\” is pulled out of the deck WAY too often, many times on cases that only involve race as a matter of circumstance because they happen to involve one or more white and black individuals involved.

However, that sword cuts both ways. What basis do you have to assert that if the race of the principals in this case were reversed that it probably would be racist?

Eventually, with any luck, people of all color will learn to look past the surface to the individuals involved in the case at hand.

Based on the stupidity of your posted comment, I\’m safe in saying that you are not a minority and therefore could not begin to comprehend what it means to be discriminated against. But, on the bright side, as long as we have people of your limited mentality, as a Fair Lending Regulator, I will never have to worry about unemployment. I wonder what your pricing structure looks like between minority and nonminority classes. I hope there is no discrepancy.

    Bowles,

It is YOUR stupidy that stands out, thinking that white people cannot be discriminated against. We are EVERYDAY! Grants for college, business, housing, jobs, etc… based on minority status are daily blows dealt against us. YOU, as a Fair Lending Regulator, (snort), are part of it. A government hack who can\’t get a real job and uses the race card as his livlihood. Your name calling also is so typical of people on your side of the debate.

    Race

I have not been murdered…so I can\’t speak about how horrible that might be if it happened to me? Come-on, that is down right silly. Racism is rare in this country anymore. People getting fired or not hired because of skin color-outside of reverse racism- really does not happen today. Wake up and look around you.

What are you talking about? This is not about udnerwriting it is about some dope who got fired and thought that he could turn it into a cash settlement.

You can\’t fire blacks these days, or even look at them funny, without having to worry about this crap. Some guy can\’t do his job and gets fired, and before you know it Jesse Jackson is in the parking lot with a bullhorn.

Grow up. People don\’t care what race you are. They care if you can do your job.

You must be living in your own world and not the same one as everybody else. You appear to be angry against minorities, I guess because you were incapable of achieving what ever goals you set out to accomplish. I figured that you would blame everybody else for your failures. It\’s always the minorities fault for whatever reason. And I repeat, as long as pepole like you, with your present mentality of how you think things work in this world, I will NEVER have to worry about losing my job!! It\’s my job to track people down just like you. Why??? Because its people like you who perpetuate the discriminatiory practices that the rest of civilized society is trying to wipe out. Those practises stem from a persons outlook on life, whether they be concious or subconcious (example: who told you I used the race card to get my job? Why was race a factor?). And by the way, not only am I a Federal Regulator, I\’m also an insurance angent/consultant. Which real job were you refering to that i couldnt get? I hope that one day you can get your mind right!

Why is it always racism? We all live in the real world. There is no systemic racism in this country anymore. Even during earlier periods in this country-with racism-the majority didn\’t blame minorities for their problems-just like we don\’t today.
Also your job does not cover wiping out racism throughout civilized society. You only make sure loans follow federal discriminatory regulations. Don\’t puff your self up by knocking others down. You can only increase your self confidence by living through example of what you preach. The evidence of your hate in your writings tells us all a little something about YOU!!!

Oooooo, you\’re gonna track me down, eh? Given the content of your posts I doubt that you could track down coffee at Starbucks.

Nothing that you said addresses anything that I said. And as far as people reaching their goals, you\’re the one working for the government, not me. Thank God that the Constitution is still at least partially intact to rein in petty tyrants with pretend jobs.

You\’ve taken my comments out of context. First, I dont hate anybody. Too much energy must be expensed to hate. Second, I\’m not puffing myself up, only stating what is the truth, we track down those that participate in discriminatory practises, not only lending but housing and everything else that matters. The gist of the initial conversation was when our fellow commentor made the statement to the affect that had the plaintiff been white and the defendent had been black then it would have been racist or something like that. My main concern about this issue is that there are still those out there that are under the belief that somehow minorities are interfering in their quest for the American dream. I go to work everyday just like everybody else, and more importantly,I didnt get where I am today because of my race. Thats what other have got to understand.
