AF has very very poor decisions. They change their rules to accomodate upholding incompetent decisions.
I’ve worked with them for many many years now and the quality has gotten horrible, yet they still have no review process so companies are stuck with amateur decisions that cost thousands of dollars to the signatory companies.
The problem is that they are the only game in town. If they had any competition at all most companies would leave.
We’ve used them a number of times with really poor results.
I do not suggest you do business with them.
Anon, Sounds like you need some training on writing arb’s. AF does a great job in handling the whole transaction.
