We pay for insider, advance information and then we get our bully courts to enforce our advantage, will and power. And you know the really good part–It’s all legal!!!

Go pound salt, all you little people!

Oh, and don’t forget to trust all of us on Wall Street with your money and future! We’ve done great lately! Just look at our bonuses! And it’s all legal. And our Republican friends are fighting stoutly to keep out any of that consumer protection or regulation stuff! Well done Boehner-love that suntan by the way!

Oh–I almost forgot to remind you little people. Don’t forget to watch FoxNoos and vote Republican! We wouldn’t want you voting in your own economic best interest, or even knowing what that was!! “Right” on–We rule! You drool!

    Chumps!

Don’t listen to JP. We dems are ont he precipice of spending this country into a hole from which it cannot possibly emerge until the free-market system is destroyed and the entirety of the population must look to us for sustinence. Then we will have a truly Utopian society where all people are equal (equally poor that is). We have control of the press, we are working on getting control of business, banking and health care. don’t abandon us now… Vote democrat!

Its a free speech issue, the public has a right to know about publicly held and traded companies and anybody and everybody’s opinions of those companies.

Its a basic free market principle that all market participants have equal access to all public company information (non-insider info).

If the banks have problem with info leaks with their employees or customers its their problem, not the problem of the public which finds out or the guy whom reports it.

    Proprietary research=insider information

Alas, politics cannot be kept out of these posts but let me point out to Obamao that the “free” market system has been bankrupted beginning with the Welfare for the Rich program, i.e., TARP, where we “little” people, who can only VOTE but have no paid LOBBY, have no influence on how taxpayer money is spent. The real shame on all of you is that social change is only desirable when there is money in it. Bet that Republicans and their conservative Democrats will be spending money to new heights (especially with now-legal corporate and union funding) to keep themselves in office. I don’t care one bit about how corporate greed is protected by freedom of speech but will accept it to keep speech free; the problem is that apparently for the Fly, speech actually costs money and as I said, its all about money and the love of it. but remember pride cometh before a fall. Let’s spend the taxpayer money on those who have little, the rich have enough of their own; you’d think they would be satisfied….
