MY AGENCY’S HEALTCARE COSTS ROSE 10% WITH NO LARGE CLAIMS. NOW WITH A PREGNANT EMPLOYEE TO DELIVER HER BABY BEFORE THE POLICY RENEWS, WELL, GUESS WHAT—ANOTHER 10-20% RATE INCREASE!!!!!
SO, I MAY BE WORKING HARDER AND LONGER WITH A FEW LESS EMPLOYEES TO OFF-SET THE RISE IN HEALTHCARE COSTS. HOWEVER, WHEN OBAMACARE KICKS IN, I WILL NOT HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE FOR MY EMPLOYEES—PROBABLY WILL NOT HAVE ANY EMPLOYEES BY THAT TIME!!!!
