It is a pitty that US companies engaged in the clean-up use inadequate or unefficient methods which will surely do the job but just months and months later than more efficient operators outside the US who have been submitted to competition (no Jones Act) and therefore innovated but which may not for protectionist reasons clean up in US waters! Who protects whom? Poor US, poor Ocean.
