This initiative falls well short of removing bureaucratic impediments to the oft overlooked plight of Insurance Adjusters. In the aftermath of a clamity the focuse becomes who can mobilize to repsond. As the industry realized after the back to back year of extraordinary number of storms to make landfall, there simply were not enough QUALIFIED and experienced adjuster (not the 90 days wonders who popped up overnight after a crash course in estimatics. Adjusters duly licensed in one state should be able to adjust in all states provided they meet whatever continuing education requirements of the non-resident state they wish to adjust in.
