that isn’t the only problem the Caravans have! How about A/C going out on brand new Caravan within 3 months of buying. Brakes go out and have to be replaced, some as much as 3 times in 36,000 miles and Chrysler will not recall them for that. It is a design problem. Also have a problem of not being able to turn the key off, the list goes on and on. Worst vehicle I have ever driven and I’ve been driving for 45 years.
That’s odd, Chrysler usually doesn’t have problems like this.
