Does anyone remember if Spitzer was ever prosecuted or convicted for his hiring of hookers?

Does it really matter if he was prosecuted. The point is, the banking industry sent private investigators to get dirty laundry on him so THEY wouldn’t get prosecuted. Has the government prosecuted ANYONE in the banking industry for the millions of lives they ruined?

Spitzer is from the long list of politicians that feel they are above the law…… it is about time someone takes him to task for the destruction of innocent lives and their ability to earn a living! Let’s see if this is pushed under the rug just like his “hiring hooker crime”~~~~~

Client #9 ranks right up there with the DA who went after the Duke lacrosse players on the fabricated rape allegations.

Unbelievable – this guy obviously has no idea when to shut up. All I know is that his actions caused me and thousands of others at Marsh to lose thier jobs, impacted their pensions and damaged their future financial stability. Yes, tanked 401, I pray that we see a class action suit.

Glad to see someone finally sue a politician for their loose lips with regards to their use of ridicule and factless opinions and reporters gladly giving them the platform to do it with.

It is also about time for Large brokers and our carriers to start playing by the rules that the small retail agents adhere to as well. Can’s say I am too sad for the spotlight on the riged bids for brokers which indeed did happen and are still happening I am sure.

Spitzer is the low of the low. He prosecuted innocent people simply to get into the Governors office. To get fame as a crime fighter when the crime he should have fought was his own. I hope people never forget this POS and what he did to countless hard working taxpayers who paid this POS’s salary. No one deserved the treatment he dealt out. Not even “Big Broker Sucks”!

This Reuters article mentions Mr. Gilman by name no less than fourteen times. It also says the Spitzer column names Mr. Gilman exactly zero times. “Streisand Effect” anyone?

GO GET the LITTLE Trust baby hooker boy! That little “jerk” should never have stuck his large nose into the insurance business in the first place.

Hundreds of years of contingency commissions and Hooker boy is going to fix everything by fining companies operating legally.

Hooker boy got exactly what he deserved. Hopefully, he will have to empty his trust account by around $30 million.

    Nothing would be more fair.

Don’t get too ecstatic – wait till they get Gilman in discovery and then on the stand and start getting testimony on his “business practices”….remember the sign in his office – “F the carrier?”

It will be ugly . More embarrassment to come for MMC
