Total garbage: to make this report you’d have to know the truth regards the drivers, business use, etc. They are stating they don’t know the true usage, so without knowing the true situation the total report is conjucture! Statistics are very elastic; make them into whatever shape you want!

Total BS, the companies make it up in other ways such as Credit rateing farce. Nevada is an example rates on auto insurance is 30 to 35% to high. The ins. comm. does nothing. We need an elected Ins. Comm. Who rep. the consumer not the industry.

These aren’t errors, likely a high percentage of this is agent or client fraudulent activity.

Allstate makes 165 million in Q3 and insurance companies are being shorted? We always hear how “everyone” commits fraud and cheats the insurer…how about looking at the other side of the coin. There is a two sides.
Sorry all out of sympathy…before someone gets the rope I have been on all three sides.

Simple solution undisclosed children not on policy who are involved in accident flat cancel for misrep!!!!!!!!
BTW Bob did you read the other article in the journal stating that Allstate lost billion in Q3. I am sure that Allstate has a huge overhead employees, agents comm, taxes, rent, light mktg, The list is endless.

There actually is a fair amount of rate leakage that stems from slack administration of approved rate plans.
