    Excellent!

Preparation and presentation go even farther with the continuation of the program. As a consultant who reviews, modifies, and prepares regulatory filings for program business, both for the carrier and the managing agency, I find programs where there is a a direct relationship with a carrier representative with full authority more easily supported with regulatory filings than where there are layers of authority. I would include one more consideration; data collection. I agree that overall rpicing can be manipulated in ways other than rate changes but program specific data helps in all cases and carriers often have their data only by line or subline. Additional program specific data improves flexibility in supporting changes filed with departments of insurance.
