When these teens with restrictions on their licenses are given the opportunity later in life to drive with peers, at night…etc, what is to say that they do not continue these same behaviors? Is it better they get their “recklessness” out early or later in life? Does puberty stop people from driving bad? Because I see adults of all ages making the same mistakes if not worse everyday.
