This is so horriable. The corn and soybeans are scarce and meger. Strawberries this year were early and short due to the warm weather in March, as well as raspberries and melons. This will effect the super market bill sometime in the near future.

All we see now days are record breaking weather. Heat waves, wild fires, hail, wind, etc. If ISO Property Rates, and other property rates, are rated based upon historical data, then what good are the rates if we are seeing record breaking weather? If I were a property underwriter, I would be getting rate. As an agent, its easy for me to sell and explain a property increase now days, much easier than explaining a Gl increase on a clean account.
