I find it relatively surprising that the Chinese haven’t figured out how to make aircraft. After all, all they have to do is a little reverse engineering; something they seem to have an affinity for.
China already has 11 assembly plants of GM over there and 7 out of 10 GM vehicles are made there. GE moved a whole division from Wisconsin over there. Boy, they are sure creating jobs in this country, right? I wonder if the unions can organize in China. I don’t think they would get much traction.
I think the only traction that unions will ever get in China is the kind administered by a rack or some other device of ‘re-education’. From the government viewpoint, in Tienanmen Square, the tanks seemed to lose traction every time they hit a wet spot.
And it’s crazy; when you think they’re supposed to be ‘communist’ and everything done is for the good of the people; that’s a lot of omelets on the menu.

More American Jobs heading overseas?
