Unfortunately, most citizens and congressman don’t understand how corporations, their Board of Directors and D&O insurance work with a disgruntled stockholder. To not at least go through the process would have surely created a D&O situation. Appears Greenberg is satisfied with that.
I think that Hank Greenberg should be jailed and not suing the US Government and the American People. Mr Greenberg you should be very ashamed of yourself in this lawsuit and I will do everything in my power to let every one in the US that you are just a very Arrogant and Ignorant man that you held the US hostage and we should be suing you for Pain and Suffering and Dimmished wages for all American People.

The fact tha AIG would even consider suing over the rescue highlights the trademark arrogance of AIG and is Board of Directors.
