We have been dealing with these jokers every year REPEATEDLY over proving that we have flood insurance. You are never allowed to speak to a manager. They never call you back AND they continue to harass us over and over again. This year we decided to go into a branch in our area thinking one of their own could get thru to these people. Silly us. Nope even after talking to a resolution specialist we once again received another letter. What will it take!!!!! I think we deserve gas money, high blood pressure medication money, and money just for dealing with the ignorance or better yet, trying to pull a fast one!

Chase forced me to insure the full 250K flood insurance when my loan with them was about 80K. Our property was never in a flood zone till a new map came out which has one square foot of property in the new flood map. I hope they pay me back the three plus thousand dollars they effectively stole from me. I will never do business with this ‘Bank’ again. I would also suggest no one else considers them.
WELL THEY DID THE SETTLEMNT AND I ONLY REAVE A CHECK FOR 5:00 DOLLARS IVE BEEN IN MY HOME SEENCE 2000 AND IN REALITY CHASE MORGAGE DOES NOT HELP IN NO ACTION AT ALL THEY ALWAYS RAISE MY MORGAGE UP AND IN MY FINANCIAL SITUATION I REALLY CANT PAY RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE ME ON A TRIAL PAYMENT WITH A PAYMENT THAT ITS HARD FOR ME TO PAY IT BUT I STRUGGLE TO PAY IT THANKS GOD I ONLY HAVE ONE PAYMENT TO MY TRIAL PAYMENT IM JUST WAITING FOR MY NOVEMBER PAYMENT TO SEE IF IT GOES DOWN OR NOT IF NOT I WANT TO REFINANCE MY HOME WITH ANOTHER BANK BECAUSE CHASE DOES NOT HELP AT ALL
I have not received my settlement payment yet. I have been calling for an update on my check but keep getting the run around. They told me that chase will be mailing the checks out soon. WOW I thought a independent was handling the payout. What the bleep is going on. Called 2014 six times, 2015 six times and 2016 two times.
Chase Mortgage is still continuing their illegal practices to this day – they ask us for a copy of our Insurance every year, we send it to them – they bill us for insurance anyway. How nice is that… we have been dealing with this now for 4 weeks, each time we speak with them they say – it’s under review. We have had our loan with these winners for 15 years who knows how long this has been going on. If anyone knows who we should talk to we would love to hear from you…
