    Does a bank have to pay the legal fees of an embezzeler, too? Forget the bylaws, board-elected officer or not, defense for intentional acts against the company should not have to be funded by them.

    Money, intellectual property, producers taking agency clients under a no-compete clause, whatever.

    But his conviction was overturned. He was recharged, but that is still pending. For all intents and purposes, he is innocent.
