The rate in Washington state is HIGHEST, as I pay $5.40 per hour on a carpenter…so if he makes $25/hour that is over $20 per $100 of payroll.

    This is FACT.

Washington is the worst state to pay worker’s comp in: this amounts to a business tax, as the actual cost of the compensation payout cannot exceed California, where the rate is a whopping $3.50 per hundred.

Washington state is 600 percent higher than CA. !

    Be warned. Stay away.
