    Can we say Anthem/Blue Cross? 80 million files hacked. That is only the tip of the iceberg. Healthcare.gov also hacked for records and we thought everything was going to be better with electronic files on patients.

      Hey, Agent, electronic records are related to HIPAA, which was signed in 1996. This particular technology has nothing to do with Healthcare.gov or the ACA.
