Bankruptcy Judge May Lift Shield for GM Over Ignition Switch Claims

    It may not be fair to say that the judge erred in his original decision. Perhaps GM was not completely forthright and honest with him during their bankruptcy proceedings. GM owes damages to affected families if they were indeed negligent and especially if they intentionally concealed that knowledge.

      Why would Government Motors not be honest and forthright about their vehicle defects? Would a hand picked minion of Obama ever lie about anything?

    GM, was wrong…Bottom line! How could they sleep at night knowing that these small cars that was geared for “young people” and still did not notify anyone. I’m sure the people involved on all levels wouldn’t let their child get into one of these Death Traps !
