I know that grain can be DNA sequenced to determine GMO/non-GMO. I don’t know if finished food products (after grinding, mixing, baking) are still able to be sequenced.
But I think GMO labeling is not needed as there has been no proven claims that they are dangerous. In my mind it is akin to labeling meat by the butcher’s hair color.
since there is no discernible difference between GMO and non-GMO final products, how will it be claimed/proven there is “contamination”?
