I would guess that over 95% are frustrated. There are so many necessary social and judicial systems that have become nonfunctional has led to this degree of frustration. Everything from vagrancy, traffic, highway systems, law enforcement that is stymied from doing their jobs because prosecutors and jailers do not want to have a death in the jail because of incompetent policy and procedures.

Agressive driving is just one more effect of our narcissitic society where everyone is only concerned about their agenda and no one elses. The lack of good manners has filtered into our driving as well as all other aspects of our society. I got a chuckle out of your comment Chuck.

If you are charged with speeding, just use the Hillary defense: “I did not intend to speed.”
And when they find you didn’t, and no reasonable prosecutor would press charges you will be cleared.
But once you’re cleared, your former co-workers will still complain about your driving and demand the police arrest you? ;)
