Anyone with an IQ above that of a wooden log knows that Uber is running a criminal enterprise.

No question. The whole “ride-sharing” farce is nothing but the latest dodge in an ongoing attempt to skirt existing municipal and state regulations pertaining to taxis and limos, this time under the guise of “technology”.

Based on its lobbying and legal tactics, Uber strikes me as a particularly sleazy organization.

        Sleazy is putting it mildly.

Uber’s tactics aside, ride sharing is not a dodge. Municipal and state regulations are more often a barrier to entry and are used to stifle competition rather than protecting consumers.
