Must make the Nationwide agents feel so special when their company sells against them by taking them out of the equation. I had a contract years ago with a company whose subsidiary knocked agents on their TV commercial. I cancelled that contract and moved the business.

Their business is not to make agents feel special, it is to make money. Funny how when a company leaves somewhere and screws workers it is the fault of the workers, the unions, Democrats, etc., but when something like this happens the company is at fault.

        Actually,
When a company takes on agents, they are making a pact to sell and support them, as State Farm does. Yes they have apps and online, and they push it to the Agents. Going direct while having an agent force is ethically wrong and could be grounds for class action as we saw against Progressive.
