    If Trump and Chucky Shmucky were in a boxing match, it would be over very quickly with one hard right. Chucky should just give up instead of whining and shedding “Fake Tears”.

    While these cases are important to their participants, only a few of the four are significant to all Americans.

    I don’t understand the reason for, or the implication of, this article.

    Class action lawsuits are the topic of two of the four cases, and the greatest influence on suits going forward, so the outcome of those two is of concern to liability insurers and their underwriters.

      TrumPolar, saw a great political cartoon this morning. Had picture of Gorsuch in 2006 and the Democrat donkey saying Aye in 2006. Next picture was 2017 and the same donkey said – Aye don’t think so.

        Agent – I saw a great political cartoon yesterday. Had a picture of Pence on the left saying ““Calls to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. are offensive and unconstitutional” with 2015 under it, then on the right it had a picture of Pence clapping behind Trump when he announced his immigration ban. Pence’s photo was split down the middle like Two-Face from Batman.

          Are you one of those dudes that think Muslims should not be vetted properly before letting them come in? I know you are young, but are you stupid as well?

          By the way, it was just revealed this morning that Obama quietly sent the UN $9.2 Billion before leaving office after first sending the Palestinians $221 Million to fund their Terrorist activities. If you knew how to use Google, you may want to Google US State Dept budget. You will find their bloated budget is $65.9 Billion. Apparently, they had enough discretionary funds to send to the UN so they can continue to vote against the US on every vote. We should be defunding the UN and telling them to move to Europe.

            I am not young nor am I stupid. Every immigrant should be vetted before being allowed into the country.

            Your comment makes it seem that you are unaware of the US’s extreme vetting process that had been in place years before President Trump was elected.

            Do your brain a favor and google “extreme vetting usa before 2017” and read some of the first-hand experiences immigrants dealt with.

            Confused, you are still confused. The vetting going on before Trump were for the legal immigrants. The illegals sneaking in and caught received no vetting. It was “no papers, no problem” and they were let go and into the wind.

            Do your brain a favor and join the adults in the room.

            So we’re stopping legal immigrants from coming here after they’ve been properly vetted because that will stop illegals from trying to sneak into the country without being vetted? Is that REALLY what you’re trying to say here?

            @Confused:

            Potential Immigrants to the US do NOT become ‘Legal Immigrants’ until they are PROPERLY vetted.

            Once Potential Immigrants become LEGAL IMMIGRANTS, they will be allowed entry into the US.

            ‘Youth’ should not be an excuse for ignorance.

            To prove you aren’t both young and ignorant, please provide a list of NATIONS that allow(ed) immigrants to enter their borders WITHOUT vetting and PROPER paperwork from their emigration nation.

            @Ron;

            ILLEGAL immigrants are people who enter the US ILLEGALLY.

            If a potential immigrant NEVER ENTERS the US, he/ she is not yet ILLEGAL.

            Yogi “Once Potential Immigrants become LEGAL IMMIGRANTS, they will be allowed entry into the US.”

            If this is true, explain how LEGAL IMMIGRANTS (those who had successfully applied for a green card, and received it after they were properly vetted) were not allowed into the country under Trump’s executive order which you claim only bars illegal immigrants from coming here.

    What I am saying is that you are unqualified to understand what has been happening. People that are legal and apply correctly and abide by our current immigration laws will be admitted under proper vetting. It has always been hard, but necessary. People that do get their citizenship after learning what it takes to be an American appreciate it all the more. They are very proud to take the oath.

    The illegals are a different story and we have been turning them loose without any vetting. That is going to change. The thugs will be caught and turned away as they should be. Sorry you don’t get it, but not surprised you don’t. You stay Confused and keep on trolling me.

      Youths, especially millenials, and some people older than them, believe otherwise, due to an incredibly flawed and corrupted liberal-controlled school system.

      The mental gymnastics you just went through to get from (1) I support Trump’s order – it only applies to illegal immigrants to (2) anyone who was vetted properly can get in, while COMPLETELY ignoring (3) Trump’s order is a TOTAL ban on ALL immigrants from specific areas, and definitely impacts those who legally & properly got their green cards – is one of the biggest degree of difficulty mental jumps I’ve seen you post here.

      And that’s saying something knowing you (a) argued Progressive’s Flo is a real person (not the actress, the character) and that Flo (the character, not the actress) actually files tax returns and (b) that I still need renters insurance even though you said you know I own my home and don’t rent to anyone.

    I may be less brilliant than others on this forum, but have one simple question. Why do we continue to allow migrants to come into this country and take high tech computer jobs? Are we truly so low on intelligent American citizens that we need to import all of these workers from India, Pakistan etc. to due this work? Near my home is a large American Express office and they hire workers continually on visa’s. Every American I know that has applied there can not get past the front door. I just do not understand why?

          Most of the companies I know of that use this labor go thru temp agencies to get them in the first place so how can that be cheaper than hiring a citizen? I forgot now with the new federal requirements for health care, time off etc. maybe it is cheaper to import foreign labor.
