I don’t mind long hours worked by lawmakers to fix the monstrocity we have had for 7 long years. Good bye legacy for the “former” Potus. Wrong plan, wrong goals, wrong implementation, wrong everything.

The key words here is “despite critics”. Looks like IJ is one of the critics based on this story.

Havent seen anything to address the underlying factors nor distribution / elimination of the web site as well as breaking up open enrollment.

FFA, so many articles on IJ on Healthcare fix, it is hard to stay up with. Don’t think you will see that government website after the Republicans finish demolishing Obamacare. Why would it even be needed if private carriers come back in? Coverage will be obtained the old fashioned way, through appointed agents and direct on the internet. If you represent Blue Cross, they just announced that they favor everyone’s coverage to begin Jan 1st and verifying eligibility for special enrollment periods. Calendar year makes more sense to stay up with deductibles/out of pocket expenses etc.

By the way, looks like the Bears have about demolished their team completely now that Alshon Jeffery is gone and Cutler is gone. Used to have Brandon Marshall and he has been gone for a while now. Who is left to compete? Depending on the draft or picking up some free agents along the way. In Dallas, Romo is now gone and the speculation is that he is going to the Texans to replace Osweiller who was sent packing to Cleveland????

After 8 years of using the slang of “Obamacare” as a rallying cry these men have decided to replace what simply needs some repairs with something disruptive and decidedly more painful just so it can be named after them. Your break it you own it (a natural law that cannot be repealed). Smart or not smart?

Wrong, the unfixable has to go. Hilliary wanted to expand and pour more money down the rat hole. Good thing she didn’t get elected or we would be well on our way to being Venezuela.
