    So you price your coverage as if the $695 tax is still there even if Trump said it wasn’t and directed IRS to disregard?

    Deal with the uncertainty by planning for both scenarios; i.e. with and without ACA. Spreadsheets for each case. Duh! Are these guys clueless, or are they posturing for something? I’m not sure I’ll have time today to read further into this issue. Later, or next week, maybe.

    Clearly when you wrote yesterday that “HI industry needs to be tasked with finding the solution to the problem”, you were excluding the clueless guys at UnitedHealth.

      Blue Cross isn’t much better. They were still saying a few months back that they were “All in on the ACA”.
