    Wow. All that to say “If El Nino develops later this year it should bring warmer temperatures to Washington state and neighboring areas but colder, wetter weather to a belt of southern states stretching from California through Texas to Florida.”

    Funny, I just read another article saying that the odds of El Nino have gone DOWN this month, compared to last month.. Guess we’ll see who’s full of beans, lol.
