Easy solution – President Trump needs to do two things: 1) Review with Senate Republicans his outline of the campaign promises he made regarding healthcare (“insurance for everybody”, “deductibles and rates will be lower”, “it will be much better”) and 2) ask the Senators to craft a plan that support these promises. He was/is a successful businessman and not politician so he couldn’t have been lying.

Well, of course they failed. They were at a disadvantage, you know, only controlling the House, Senate and White House. Too many obstacles. :)
