Cutting funding for advertising to sign up for the DISASTER ACA? Brilliant! That’s one way to MAGA.

Many comments included in this article by its supporters, but they all miss the key point; the ACA is a dismal failure. Anyone who continues to support it, hoping for a good outcome provides an example of Einstein’s definition of insanity; i.e. repeating a failed action, hoping for a different outcome.

For example, Senator Murphy, D-CT, used cap letters in a one word reply: SABOTAGE. In fact, the ACA was designed to SABOTAGE the US Healthcare and insurance system, to lead to Single Payer HC. The many exclusions and exemptions led to the current DEATH SPIRAL that was a concealed SABOTAGE carried out Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. Reply to that, with one word or more, Murphy!

Sounds like those who have supported a repeal since it was signed.

Every effort, all 70+, to repeal the PPACA have failed, yet some still support a repeal.

That is insane, by Einstein’s definition.

          Got it?

Safe to say MJ missed a ton of shots, lost many games, and lost many he had a chance to win with a game winner, no? I think the substance is more important than the actual numbers. I watched MJ throughout his career, from NC days on through his Wizards days. I can attest to the substance of the quotation.

Just because you disagree with a program (which may or may not be failing) doesn’t mean you should do everything you can to make it fail faster. This will make Americans currently enrolled in ACA programs pay more and more for their healthcare and this time they get to blame the detractors as well.

I give your post 2 Pinocchios and a wet dog rolled in turds.

Nancy Pelosi said that musicians and artists could quit their jobs to focus on art and still have health coverage. You do realize that musicians and artists sell their talents, right?

You must think musicians are the lazy bums who play with an open guitar case in the subways and on street corners, right? No, those are lazy bums. Musicians, artists who paint and draw and sculpt, and create imaginatively are the lifeblood of society.

How else do you remember pre-modern society but by the artists that created the Sistine Chapel, the statue David, the Mona Lisa, La Pieta, and so on. Those were artists who were commissioned to create masterpieces. If you are totally ignorant of art, you probably know the person who created each of those works.

Up until the ACA, many artists had no easy recourse to get affordable healthcare coverage. She was saying to these people, “Go, create! Don’t feel tied to the job where you work only for the health care coverage! We’ve got you as a society. We value what you bring to the table”

Yes, that even includes all of the Country music, paintings of swimming pools full of gold, and Confederate statues that you adore. Artists that create those get covered under the ACA just as much as those on the other side of the aisle.

Seriously shaking my head at the way some of you judge the output of others. It is as if what someone makes monetarily is the only judgment of their worth.

To look down on artists and musicians is just stupid and devoid of soul. They aren’t looking for handouts, and Nancy Pelosi wasn’t telling them, “go live the high life on the government dole!”

            She was saying, “go create!”

What is wrong about that? Nothing progressive about that, in fact, it’s the downright Christian thing to do.

“Republicans have shown an inability to fix anything. They just like to complain when Democrats try to do something.”

Old phrase, no less true now than it was 20 years ago.

I can line item list things republicans tried to pass that would have made huge changes which were blocked.

It the democrats take things back people like me will still try to get knowledge out there, while people like you will say cliché lines like the above, and do substantial damage with said cliché lines.
