I have a claim with Infinity. Their client ran a stop sign coming off of I-45 North and I was on a Hwy going to get ready to get on I-45 to go South. Their client was in front of me in no time and made me run into the side of him. His vehicle totaled my car. This happened on 11-30-19. I am still waiting on Infinity/Kemper to pay my car off and my rental fees and my Medical that is not yet finished. I was without a car for awhile because everything had to come out of my pocket and they reimburse you supposedly. I got up to 1,800 and have seen nothing as of yet. Wiped out my savings, what little I had. Couldn’t buy gifts for my Grandsons for Christmas for 2019. I have received nothing and it is 1-30-2020. I have GAP insurance but that will go away if they don’t pay my car off now. They never answer their calls, e-mails or letters. This Company is a joke. I would be embarrassed to work here much less have insurance with them. Because you never know what kind of Insurance people have, take lots of pictures and get witnesses address and phone numbers. Get the person’s information that hit you as well. All this happened to me in Buffalo, Texas.
