The message being sent to JP Morgan will be the message the Judge decides. Seems to me the Jury just prolonged the distribution of assets and gave JP Morgan some more billing hours.
What about the insurance agent and her comment that the heirs settling for less were just being fair. What did she and the other jurors think they were doing on the equity front? Is every legal case an opportunity for personal righting of all perceived wrongs by jurors. Our legal system is becoming a nightmare wholly divorced from justice.
