If you read their website (and their FAQs), its very easy to get a policy with them, but very hard to endorse it, add additional insureds, etc. Nearly everything (including changing your email address on file) has to be done by emailing support@nextinsurance – doesn’t seem any different than any other insurance carrier – in fact, it is much more limited!
