And yet, no one is facing a judge individually or going to prison. These criminals were paid well, including bonuses, for financially victimizing consumers who expected better of an institution in a regulated industry.

The law says you can’t sign people up without asking first…but I think I see a lot of lawbreakers up in this house.

At the final judgement… I wouldn’t wait around for any of these execs to be punished by any state or federal jurisdiction… It amazes me how many scandals one company can have. They are like Enron, except somehow they recover every time… Remember when they were opening fake checking accounts to hit sales numbers, then they just fired a bunch of low level employees?

So it was regular auto Collision Insurance that they were selling? This is why there were rules separating Insurance from Banking.
