Good step in the right direction. There are quite a few other cases they should’ve heard to put some other things to rest in this same exact category.
Right on. Like deleting conservative videos on YouTube, making up “hate speech” rules, and creating limiting rules on where people can speak the truth, Safe Spaces. The First Amendment is about protecting free speech of all sorts, period.

What you mention isn’t even close to being the same thing. YouTube is not a government organization, therefore regulating how that private business operates…
As a “conservative” you must know how the rest of that statement goes.
Google gets a regulatory pass because no one saw the implications of the internet long ago; legally, they are treated as an unregulated forum and not an arbiter of content.
But they are not a utility that simply provides the world access to the world’s information, their supposed mission: they are censors. Primarily censors of conservative speech, as is Twitter and Facebook.
The law needs to be changed to punish restrictions on free speech for a forum so large and dominant, or break them up (Elizabeth Warren is on board with that).
