    I’m not confident that even the best AI can sort out the nuances of communication allowed as free speech. The government may nevertheless succumb to a perceived imperative to be (seen as) fixing something. Then a series of convoluted court cases may be expected. The problem with any actual freedom is, it is risky and costly. All costs cannot be repealed.

    Wow. While I think that holding these folks to a high level of accountability is needed/important, how exactly do you define “Best Practices” or maybe rather than “define” I should say, “quantify” Best Practices as it applies to this issue ? (yes, I read what the plan was but it still leaves me wondering)
    Accountability is needed, but this will be a dance around the First Amendment & difficult (IMHO) to consistently enforce.
