I think we’ve gone beyond crazy worrying about our privacy. Cameras and recording equipment makes sense to me in Uber or Lyft (or other rideshare cars or even taxis).
Being able to offer protection to riders is infinitely more important that worrying about what government agencies may or may not do.
Let’s not devolve to the craziness of European citizens worrying about privacy from the moment they wake up in the morning.
