    This is why we should have “loser pay” statutes. The attorney was just trying to force a settlement.

    Just another example of trial lawyers attempting to use the courts to assist them in extortion. Pay us $$$ or take a chance on a jury trial.

    Trial lawyers don’t make our society better, they make things worse.
