There is no trend for anyone doing this, rather just to the contrary. What happens in agencies startup and they want to sell whatever they can to survive. Niche agencies take investment capital and strategy, having the capability of doing this is not a trait of the current crop of those starting an agency. They don’t have the funds and lack knowledge or patience to strategically plan. However the very few that do will thrive. But it’s not going to happen in big numbers.
