Yes, a lot of people die from the flu each year. It kills about 0.01% of the people infected. COVID-19 has, so far, killed about 2.9% of those infected.
So there is a bit more reason for concern.
Add to that the fact that it is hard to trust the numbers on COVID-19 due to under reporting, and reports that pneumonia has been marked as the cause of death for people that very likely passed from the COVID-19 infection.
And finally, there is a vaccine for the flu, which currently doesn’t exist for COVID-19. Perhaps when one is developed, it will be more in line with the flu in respect to the percentage of infection related deaths. Keep your fingers crossed. And wash your hands.

Israel says it is weeks away from a vaccine. It appears that no children have died from COVID-19. It may be that only people who are very old or very sick die from this generally. Meaning it may be LESS harmful than the flu.

Had focus been placed on this 4 weeks ago, we would have enough kits in this nation to adequately be testing for it and would have calmed these waters. But instead, someone was off tweeting about a bunch of lies nonsense, as usual. What a dotard!
