The points raised are reasonable considerations. Some are more valid than others, some more concerning and others may be a failure to properly credit the adaptability of the human survival instinct. I could counter every concern and draw back with an equally reasonable supposition of why it can work. But that would be argumentative verses solution based. With the well thought points listed above, why not have the same author (contributors) suggest how any risk or drawback can be mitigated?
BTW – I miss a lot about the workplace environment but I am willing to see an uplift from all of this and I know the writer, is as well.
