C’mon, Insurance Journal! Can’t you find more biased articles than this?

    From the article:
“The debate reflects a deepening schism between the major political parties, with Democrats focused on protecting lives and Republicans focused on protecting livelihoods.”

Democrats love people. Republicans love money. Aw. So touching.

In reality, this is such an obviously simple trade off that the morons who wrote the article should have seen it even with their Big Bias glasses on: Democrats want protection for front line workers. Republicans want protection from lawsuits for business. These are NOT mutually exclusive, and so if Congress was doing it’s job, both would be part of the same bill without any resistance.

But the writers needed to express their Woke bona fides, and so their intellect took a holiday, as Wokersters usually do.

LOL Republicans don’t like that VERY CORRECT characterization because it makes you guys look like the monsters you are? Tough. All you’ve done is focus on making the rich richer, and we all see you. You can lie through your teeth to try and deny the facts, but we know exactly what you and your party stand for.

        You are so clueless.

The Big Corporations are all on the Left now. Wake up. You live in a world that disappeared 30 years ago. Big Corporations LOVE regulations that make it tough for smaller competitors, and so Big Corporations work with Democrats to expand government.

Big Corporations love off-shoring workers and so they hate Trump, who is working to bring business home. Big Corporations love open borders and cheap labor, and so they support Democrats.

Big Corporations love Medicare for All, because it pushes the cost of health care off of them.

Why do you think all the Big Corporations are pandering to Black Lives Matter? Because they are ALL on the Left now. (Hey, Mercedes announced all of their Formula 1 cars will be black now. Who knew equality was so easy to achieve after all?)

LOL you can lie, it’s what you do after all, but we all know the truth. The right protects the interest of the billionaires and corporations that lobby the right. LOL big corporations love deregulation so they want the government to expand? Do you even realize how silly that is?

Deregulation like the 100 environmental regulation rollbacks issued by Trump?
          nytimes.com/interactive/2020/climate/trump-environment-rollbacks.html

Here’s a handy tracker of all the deregulation your orange Fuhrer has in the works. Note the length of the list. Stop lying, Craig.

Just because you say a lie doesn’t mean we all buy it. We all know you’re full of it on those claims, bud. Corporations are going to pander because they want to make money above all else. Just like Republicans like you are going to lie to try to cover the obvious truths we all see.

Your levels of dishonesty are bordering on farcical.

Nothing I said was untrue, which is why you refute none of it.

The economy was booming largely because Trump de-regulated for small and mid-sized businesses. If you knew how to read and stopped watching MSNBC, you would know this.

Just because you are ignorant on this (and so many other things) does not mean it is not true.

Which is why you resort to name calling as usual. You are a child.

LOL then you’re illiterate in addition to being dishonest, because I refuted your argument like immediately LOL too close to the end of the day for you, time for bed old man LOLOL oh he deregulated small and mid sized businesses is that like how he bailed out small and mid sized businesses but in reality his billionaire friends? Again, just because you say it doesn’t mean it’s true, we all see your lies.

LOL why because I started name-calling before you on this particular article? Do I need to go copy and paste the MANY times you’ve started petty name-calling right off the bat first? Nevermind, we all already know that you’re a hypocrite there bud.

            “his billionaire friends”

You mean liberal Amazon that pays no taxes and bashes Trump on a daily basis in the Bezos/Washington Post?

You mean Google? Facebook? Time Warner? Twitter?

How about Wall Street, which famously loves Democrats. See Forbes article below and note how many Hedge fund boys are backing Biden. Now, why would that be? Because Hedge Funds like big corporations, not small businesses.

And Big Tech and hedge funds have no use for blue collar Americans. It is far more profitable to outsource jobs to the third world.

You need to stop watching Rachel’s cartoons from 1950 and catch up with reality. Democrats and Big Business are in bed and have been since Bill Clinton famously cut corporate taxes.

            Nice attempt at deflection!

Except the bulk of the small business loan went to Trump cronies. Actually.
            cnbc.com/2020/07/07/the-billionaires-and-country-clubs-that-received-ppp-loans.html

Plenty of news sources reported on it. I know you’re aware of it, but instead you want to whine about google and facebook backing the opposition? What about the actual corruption of a loan meant for small businesses going to a bunch of Trump’s country club? Don’t worry, I won’t wait for honesty from you ever.

You keep goalpost shifting left and right, just like on the race discussion. You know systemic racism is real, you keep refusing to answer the question. You know Trump is corrupt, you keep pretending the democrats are worse than the actual corrupt president actually ruining our country for his billionaire friends and Putin.

Again, you’re not smart enough for this LOL

Lawsuits got essential workers plexiglass barriers and the right to refuse to come to work without being fired if there were no more gloves, soap or masks. Owners are hanging high unemployment above the heads of essential workers telling them if they don’t do the work, someone else will. That sets us back a couple hundred years. I’m all for those lawsuits. I will review the details of McConnel’s bill. If he’s protecting businesses that say, “You will corm to work no matter what or you’re fired,” then McConnell is on the evil side. The article falls short. It would have done a better service if it could have provided more detail on the bills. Why write if you can’t educate and advance the issue? The bills may not be so opposing….but the deadlock seems to suggest they are.
