This is primarily because Buffett is a capitalist and understands the value and impact of investing for a return — hardly the mindset of todays’ “woke” crowd who think the economy is supported by unicorn farts, hope, and change . . . and more debt!
This might also be a slight to his pal Gates who suggests all Americans live their lives a certain way — no beef, public transport, more taxes, etc. — while he essentially does the opposite. Gates might be wealthy and lucky, but he acts like a tool!
Mr. Integrity – you still think another ice storm in TX is “a weather event that is unlikely to reoccur in the foreseeable future” even though it’s happened once a decade over the last 30 years?
