My father received an asbestos settlement, and has since passed away. His court documents state that 50 percent of his settlement after his death goes to his wife, the remaining 50 percent to be decided amongst his 7 children. I am his daughter, and have not been contacted to receive my portion. Why not, and what are the terms of the settlement-I have not received any information and have been informed by my attorney that I am entitled to it.
