Up front, let me say that I’m all for getting the drunks off the road, so I really don’t have a problem with this kind of ID program. That being said, isn’t “tracking” getting somewhat out of control, on line, in person, and in society as a whole?
Maybe I’m naive, but I thought all states already had something like that in place. Don’t they do a criminal check on everyone when they pull you over &/or arrest you?
