    The proposed “reform’ was not an “improved version” of Texas nonsubscription. It contained no provisions that would have allowed employers to manage costs.

    Just read the bill. If nothing else, it was good for a laugh.

    Only when the Oklahoma wc market collapses will the legislature stop listening to the plaintiff attorneys, doctors and unions.
